1954: Relocated to new industrial facilities

1962: Introduced Sobrino Instant Cocoa, still market leader

1976: Introduced line of candy bars, still market leader

1979: Began the export of specialized coatings to the United States and Puerto Rico

1999: Renovated, modernized and expanded to new receiving and warehousing facilities

1931: Distribution of Cortés Chocolate began on the island

1937: Company is founded and the processing of Cortés Chocolate on the island began

1954: Built a new plant

1964: Moved processing and distribution to a new facility

2001: Introduced ground Cortés Chocolate

2008: Introduced the Choco and Berry Frioo product line
